The association is preparing for the collective bargaining dispute in 2026.

We have a tradition of a thorough and democratic process regarding proposals for the tariff negotiations. The association will hold a special members' meeting to vote on which proposals we should submit to the union. This members' meeting will take place on October 7th in the Salongen at Vega Scene. A notice with the agenda will be sent out later.

The association's board will prepare a recommendation on the proposals. To ensurethat the clubs are heard in this process, we will convene the largest clubs for'mini-conferences' during September, where we will discuss the issues surrounding the tariff proposals. There will be meetings in both Oslo and Drammen.

But it is certainly fully possible for both clubs and individual members to submit their own proposals! For these proposals to receive proper consideration, they must be in the hands of the association by September 15th! Send proposals to post@bygningsarbeider.no.
